My name is Genae Myers and I am based in Southern Pennsylvania. I’m a graphic/web designer and most of my skills and knowledge have come from experiences with graphic design. I attended Hagerstown Business College for an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. There, I learned about Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, typography, advertising, color theory and web design.

From August 2004- March 2008 years I worked as a full time designer for a local television station, designing a range of projects such as: logos, advertisements, digital media, print, and web development.

Currently, I am working for a company called DHWeb full time creating fully fuctional websites, print brochures and company logos. I strive to design and create websites that reflect a company’s business through the means of graphics and text. Through this process, I have realized the value of communication in translating a client’s ideas into a fully functional visual product. I have also created postcards, brochures and websites for friends, family members, and churches who have desired promotional materials.
